This is a truly wonderful book. It deals with advanced statistical models in the way that people without advanced mathematical background can follow easily. I think I may have found a perfect textbook for my graduate course in advanced demographic analysis. All I need to do is to introduce some demographic examples to make it easier to understand to demography students.
